One of my clients is getting all emails from their own domain targeted as spam by Spam Assassin. Here's the main part of the Spam Assassin explanation:
------
0.0 HTML_MESSAGE BODY: HTML included in message
2.0 RCVD_IN_SORBS_DUL RBL: SORBS: sent directly from dynamic IP
address
[24.168.198.99 listed in dnsbl.sorbs.net]
2.2 RCVD_IN_WHOIS_INVALID RBL: CompleteWhois: sender on invalid IP block
[24.168.198.99 listed in
combined-HIB.dnsiplists.completewhois.com]
1.7 RCVD_IN_NJABL_DUL RBL: NJABL: dialup sender did non-local SMTP
[24.168.198.99 listed in combined.njabl.org]
0.0 AWL AWL: From: address is in the auto white-list
------------
You'll also note from the last line above that I have placed the domain on the white-list, and yet these emails are still being targeted as spam.
What's going on with the invalid IP block? Is this a problem with their local ISP, or what?
