Hey,
I asked tech support about this, but they said everything was fine on their end. I have no idea where to go from here, so if anyone has any ideas, please let me know.
I'm having issues with receiving email on one of my hosted domains.
This is the basic rundown:
1- I cannot access this particular domain's email through POP. It gives me a user/password does not match error.
2- I would have resolved this as me being dyslexic, except that I can access this email through webmail (2095 port)
2b- And, I can access this email through IMAP
2c- I've tried using %, :, @ and other seperators for my username as well. Again, works fine with IMAP, does not work with POP.
3- Thought it may be a network issue, but using the test account settings on Outlook, it finds the POP server. Tracing, it resolves the IP correctly.
4- Unrelated, but i can send email fine through the domain.
5- This only affects this one domain on my account. My other domains that are under this same account are fine.
6- I can replicate this problem on various computers connected to various ISPs (2 different computers on a DSL line in georgia, 1 computer in California, 1 computer connected to a cable line in georgia). Support says they do not show any problems.
Added:
- This is a domain that i've been hosting for about an year. The email accounts have been around for around the same duration.
- This problem started up a few days ago
I'm looking at:
- I don't think this is a network problem
- I don't think this is a user/pass problem
- I don't think this is a problem with my computer
Any ideas?
thanks -k

added (7/15): problem was fixed, it was an internal issue.
