Basic FTP Question

I need to setup a basic FTP account for other users to upload files to without having access to my site files. I am coming from Plesk to cPanel and I am very confused... I have tried setting up FTP accounts in cpanel on the clients site, however everytime I try to login it gives me login errors...

Can someone please give me a basic walk-through of setting up and accessing FTP accounts using cpanel, so I can figure out if I am missing something... Thanks!!

That's kinda strange. Basically cPanel's X FTP creation interface is quite straightforward, you hit the create account button, fill in the form and it's OK. I usually create a folder myself prior to that, but I don't think you need to do it yourself.

Note that the username is blablabla@yourdomain.net and not just blablabla like domain's main username.

That was it.... I was not including '@domain.com' with the username, thanks!!!
