Not receiving emails with large attachments

one of my customers is checking her email via Outlook express. She does receive some emails....but others don't come through. When I opened her webmail....lots of them were sitting in there. Why are they not downloading to Outlook?

Also...some emails with large attachments (2.5 - 5 MB) do not even come through.

    Please advise.

If I remember in Outlook express there is a security setting that if set to low will not allow attachments to come through.
Also it might depend on how big mail box size is set to compared to attachment size
    Cheers,

Depending on your connection, if its dialup or low speed dsl/cable you might not get all of a large file attachment before the server times out.

I see it all the time @ work with dialup users and 2-5 meg file attachments (usually a video file, or multiple large digital images)
