Did we have an option to use box trapper (similar to a challenge / response system) before? Is it gone or am I just not finding it?

If it's gone, any other systems like this that have been effective?

Boxtrapper was removed on all servers a while ago due to the incredibly large amount of system resources that it was using for what it was doing. The only similar alternative that we offer at this time are the Postini accounts.

Does Postini filter emails from other domains on the same server:

user@onotherdomain.com pointed to postini@mydomain.com

Postini will only filter aliases if we set them up in Postini. You are limited to 5 aliases per Postini account.

Hey, Andrew, I used that addon and then when it was removed i no longer get any emails on that domain, is it a possible cause?

Please submit a ticket with the e-mail address in question so that we can make sure Boxtrapper is fully disabled on the domain.
