    open relay testing

I tried to test my site (northcountry.com) at http://www.abuse.net, and they reported that it was acting as an open relay.

Is this a false positive, or do I have to change anything?

I can certainly say that our servers are not open relays. I couldn't even find the test that you were referring to nor am I familiar with the method that they are using to test with.

However, if you enter your domain at dnsreport.com it does pass the open relay test (meaning that they are NOT open relays).

I didn't really think that they were, but also don't know why this test fails:

        In fact, dnsreport.com site says
"All of your mailservers appear to be closed to relaying. This is not a thorough check, you can get a thorough one here."

and points to the test that I was referring to at abuse.net.

I do not even see any problems with the relay test that you mentioned. Eventually the server drops the connection from that IP entirely due to too many nonmail commands having been sent, that ultimately failure reported at the bottom of the page does not mean that there is a problem. None of the tests (12) that it got through worked (closed relay).
