Are you looking for the accessible archive of all messages in the list? There is a link in the Admin section that says "go to list archives" (right above the "log out" link). You get to the Admin section by going to:
(In the above example, I have the archives "Private" in the Mailman configuration to try and avoid spam messages to my users ... I'm not sure what the path is if the list is not a "Private" list).

Actually I had modified the archiving settings and have some mail in the monthly bucket and some in the yearly bucket and some in the quarterly bucket. Since I am planning to stick to quarterly archiving I wanted to manually merge the buckets so all the mails were together. No big deal, if they're not visible to me then I have no option to do so in place.
