Email is near quota, but there's nothing in the inbox? and SquirrelMail issue too

I have a couple of users on one account who show in cpanel as being close to their quota, but there's nothing in the inbox or any other folder in their account. Trash is empty- everything. Anyone know why this would be? I have upped the quota, but don't want to keep doing that to accomodate this problem...

Also, when I tried to login to their email addresses (not thru cpanel, just as them thru the /webmail), I get this error if I choose SquirrelMail:

Have not seen this before but don't usually get my own email this way, I go thru outlook.

Have not done this before, and went into my web host manager, but can't figure out how. Sorry to be dense, but can you tell me where to find this feature?

To submit a trouble ticket you need to login to our customer control panel via the form that is directly on our main website (dathorn.com).
