this is a joke right? (spam)

ive tried the fail command, the blackhole, and others ive read here, but lately nothing seems to be working. its really bad lately.
not only that, its GROUP spam now, coming in under all cpanel47! Am i reading this mailto correctly??

i appreciate how well postini works. i have it for work. but at $2 per email account, it isnt really an option, and i dont think its fair that spam is not only coming in to my domain, but across all the server domains too?

is there anything i can do?

To clarify, a single Postini account can filter up to 6 addresses.

Regarding this issue, please submit a trouble ticket and include the full message along with all of the headers.

I have conflicting information. Can you please verify which one is correct? From a trouble ticket:
"Postini accounts are $2 per e-mail account per month. You'll need to let us know which e-mail accounts you would like setup."

I have one domain that I would like to apply this to. There are 5 email addresses under this domain I would like filtered. Is that $10/month or $2/month?
      Thanks.

PS - should this be a trouble ticket? sorry for publicly posting, but i searched and couldnt find a solid answer, so thought it best to be here.

There is a lot of Postini information here already in the forums.

A single Postini account can filter up to 6 addresses. The only "catch" is that all spam that is caught by Postini from filtering these addresses is only available via a single Postini login.

What else can be done for spam filtering on the server? I am having multiple complaints but I'd like to leave 3rd party out of the loop.

You can use SpamAssassin and setup filters via cPanel. Other than that there's not much you can do if you aren't inerterested in a 3rd party filtering service.

                Hi Andrew,

Can we use SpamAssassin and setup filters via WHM instead of cpanel? This is becuse there is too much spam.
                Thanks.

E-mail filters and SpamAssassin can only be configured via each domain's cPanel.
