webmail URL?

I've had an issue for some time where some of my users aren't able to log into the webmail programs (Horde and Squirrelmail). They keep getting messages that the ceritifcate is expired. If they by chance get passed that, they are not able to log in with their email addresses and passwords - the login popup just appears over and over and over. I've reset passwords and tried logging in myself, but still no luck.

3 questions:
1. What is the proper URL address to give for logging into either of these webmail programs?
2. Why are the certificates always expired? How can this be fixed?
3. Why do the logins not work/Why does the login popup appear multiple times?

1. There are many different URLs that all work. One of the easiest is http://domain.com/webmail/

Thanks, Andrew. I'll open a trouble ticket for #2, 3.

For #1, what would be the direct URL to Horde, for example? I've tried so many different URLs and can't seem to get to one mail program directly. The people using the email may get confused if they have to select the program each time.
