Email addy will send but not receive

On my site I have several email accounts. Every one works fine, except one. I can get it to send emails, but it will not receive emails. This account worked perfectly until recently.

I checked the space and that's fine, and all the server settings are correct in Outlook Express.

If you tested everything, then I would try to delete the account, and then also try to delete any left over info in the /mail folder. Then re-create it in cpanel again.

check the permissions on your mail files for that account? I had a similar problem, and it was due to the permissions being all wrong. Both user and group have to have access and also the files should be owned by <username>:<username>
