Move email to Dathorn, need handholding :)

Hi, I just need to know if I've thought this through right.

I have a client who is having email problems at their current host. So he wants me to move just the email accounts for now to Dathorn.

I'm thinking I need to:

1. Set up a new package in WHM for him using his current domain name.
2. Set up all current email addresses and forwarders in cpanel.
3. Have the client set up new email accounts (using the Dathorn server IP address for host), leaving the old ones in tact.
4. Change the MX record at their current host to point the server on Dathorn.

Does this sound correct? Anything I missed?
