How do I set up :fail: for ONE email address?

I want to setup :fail: for just one single email address (ex: contact@xxx.com). I need the catchall, but this one email addy gets way too much spam.

Is this possible?

Use the "Account Level Filtering" to discard it. You can specify a "TO" address as a filter condition.
