From the latest Postini figures, about 16% of the total emails received were quarantined. I wonder how many of them were eventually delivered after manual intervention by users. Would give an idea of the number of false positive classifications. Just curious.

Unfortunately that's not something that Postini keeps track of. However, based on my own experience, this would have to be an extremely small percentage. My own Postini account filters a couple thousand messages per day. It is very rare that I get a false positive and I leave my account configured with the most aggressive filtering settings that it has to offer.
You can adjust how aggressive Postini filters e-mail based on a few different things depending on your needs. For instance, if you're in the medical field you can tone down those filters as you are much more likely to receive legitimate medical related e-mails.
