    FTP Access To Expired Domain?

    Hello,

I have a couple of sites hosted on my account whose domain names have expired. Rather than back up the sites via the cPanel interface before deleting them, I'd like to be able to access them via my FTP client (I use FileZilla). Of course, I can no longer do this by going to ftp.ExpiredDomainName.com!

Is it possible to access the account via my FTP client, and if so, what would be the steps / procedures / syntax to do so?

    Thanks,
    Tom

You can simply use your server's hostname as the FTP server in your FTP client. This will be cpanel##.gzo.com where ## will be a two digit number. You can find this by viewing your welcome e-mail via our customer control panel.

No problem at all. I'm glad you were able to get it working.
