We've made many changes over the past week to all of our mail servers which have significantly improved mail delivery where there previously might have been some random problems/delays. The last of these major changes was just made on Wednesday afternoon.
While these problems are mostly due to the remote servers temporarily experiencing problems, these changes will force re-delivery attempts much sooner than before and usually many times per day depending on the remote server's response.
As usual, any problems you might be having now can really only be addressed in a ticket.
so there wasn't any problem with the server as indicated in my previous ticket replies where I was advised to contact the receiving ISP(s) that were dropping the connection but you implemented changes anyway ?
