ftp issues today

it would barely work, i reset our router/modem/computer.

i did an speedcheck and were at 16 mb downloads, but only 18 kb
uploads. comcast checked our connection and according to them
we're looking normal (fast).

~ we have websites hosted elsewhere, and its doing the
same thing.

That is clearly a problem with your connection in some manner.
