email not reaching me & not bouncing back

Since 7.6.2009 most email from my main client is not reaching me and not bouncing back to them. The email is not in postini (on that account). 1 email came through today (7.9.2009) that was resent but 2 others that were resent still have not been received, error messaged, or bounced.

How do we track where the mail is going (Postini involved?)?
