    Default umask

    Hi!

Is there a reason why the default umask on cpanel63 now seems to be "0002" instead of "0022"?

    Code:
    [user@cpanel63 ~]$ umask
    0002
    Just wondering...

It has been that way all along. It is the default for cPanel account users. You can modify it by placing your preference in one of your .bash files.

Ah, OK, every user is in its private group. Sorry for the noise!
