    Problem with Horde

    I have a strange problem when I attempt to check my email using Horde on cPanel17, either through my domain's cPanel Control Panel or by going to http://www.mydomain.com/webmail.

    When I select Horde from the cPanel Mail Management window, I get the error message:
    "Cannot find server or DNS Error
    Internet Explorer "

    When I click "Back" and then select Horde again, or if I simply "Refresh" the page, I am taken directly to Horde's login page. From there, Horde seems to function properly.

    This happens on all the domains I have hosted on cPanel17. I submitted a trouble ticket, but support couldn't find a problem.

    Does anyone know what may be causing this and how I may correct it?

    Actually, I've ran into this myself. I simply assumed it was a browser problem as it works fine on refresh... never really looked into it (and hasn't happened in a while now) anyone else?

      Me, too!

      I thought it was just me. I'm on cpanel29 and it happens to every domain/account I have there. But it only happens with IE. I've only tried it a couple times on Netscape and it goes through okay. Maybe an IE update problem?

        I get that with neomail as well. Refresh will fix it. Using IE as well.

          Right, but I was wondering why it is necessary to refresh. Also, I am using IE.
