For some reason I do not receive any emails from my banker. I have added her and the whole bank domain to the Spam Assassin white list, but their emails still do not come through to me. Thoughts?
If you submit a ticket with the sender's and intended recipients' addresses we can check the logs and see if the messages are even reaching our server.
