Does the end of month empty Spam box?

Can anyone tell me please if at the end of the month the monthly maintenance on HordeMail, discards/deletes all of the Spam in the Spam Box?

If not, are there any fast ways to delete all the mail in one Spam Directory?

quickly deleting mail in a directory

Go to the "folders" link at the top of the home page in Hoarde. Select the spam box, then select "empty folder" from the drop down menu at the bottom of the page. You never even have to open the folder and everything in it will be deleted all at once.
