Email Issues

I'm making this post on behalf of my friend Mr. Casper. His account is on Cpanel32. He's been having email issues since this past weekend, no incoming emails are getting through. We've gone through outlook settings and they're all properly setup.

I then went to webmail (neomail and hordemail) to see if there are any saved messages and both show 0 messages. I've sent numerous test emails back and forth and the ones sent from his account seem to work but any emails going to his account do not get through.

Any ideas on what can be done about this? He has misplaced his control panel info so cannot make a trouble ticket. I've sent an email to support on his behalf. Just wanted to see if anyone here has had similar issues or knows how this can be fixed.

EDIT: I should also mention that test emails to the 'main' account seem to work (the default email account).

Please disregard the message. I figured out that the problem was caused by thousands of emails being delivered to the default mailbox which used up all the disk quota. This caused emails to other email accounts to 'disappear'. I've enabled spam assassin now so hopefully that will cut down on number of spam emails going to default mailbox.
