Does anyone know if there is a way to check an email account through the webmail interface (via horde) without going through cpanel?

My work's firewall doesn't allow me to connect with cpanel because of the port.....

are you going like...

domain.com/cpanel ~ then check mail? or...
domain.com/webmail ~ then select which mail to use?

There are seperatew URLS for webmail, but they have an additional port assigned to them.
I've found that using a non-secure option works with most firewalls. They seem to block the secure version because it has the port number to it and they can't see what it might be doing

I am currently going through cpanel to check the various accounts that I have. I didn't know that you could type the /webmail directly in..

And I'll have to try going through a regular http:// state rather than the https://

The firewall is probably blocking the ports. If that does not work, you may have to install a copy of the program on your site. Thats what I have to do so I can use squirrel mail on port 80.
