I need to FTP some stuff to one of my client's accounts. I don't know the client's password. I thought you could use the client's username and the WHM password but this does not appear to be working through FTP. It does work through the CPANEL though. Any ideas?

You can log into the customer’s cPanel and create a new FTP account and use that to FTP files. This works great as long as you don’t need anything outside of the public_html (www) folder. When you are done you can delete the FTP account.
You can also use the file manager in cPanel to upload files. This works OK as long as they are not scripts or files that require to be uploaded ASCII.
