Not receiving email from a particular domain
On cpanel27, one client (jrsearcylaw.com) is not receiving emails from various addresses at txeb.uscourts.gov. From last October when this domain was established through Tuesday, July 6 at 2:48 pm, they received messages from this domain, and they continue to receive emails from other domains. The uscourts.gov user is not receiving any error on their end.
Steps tried...
- They are only using 2 out of 50 MB of space.
- Used the WHM mail troubleshooter and tested 2 addresses multiple times, but I always get a message that the "look-up did not complete." Legend: Mail Routing Error, Filter/Alias File, SMTP Destination.
- Had a txeb.uscourts.gov send a test message to a personal Yahoo account, a jrsearcylaw.com account and to my email, a site-minders.com account, which is also on cpanel27; the message only reached the Yahoo account.
Please provide other suggestions to determine the root of this issue. Thanks!
