FTP Connection dropping?

I have a client of mine, who is havin issues with his ftp connection being dropped. He is using flashfxp. Same client I use.

I just logged into his space, and uploaded 2 files, just fine.

Transfer queue completed
Transferred 2 files totaling 3,335,461 bytes in 01:40 (32.87 KB/Sec)

Its cpanel08. He is on rather slow dialup 26k (waaaay out in BFE). He has same issue on his gf's connection (sat internet).

Try it without passive mode enabled.
