Accessing dathorn-provided backups via FTP

For those who purchased backups on the upgraded servers, what is the FTP information you use to access those backups? I apologise if this has been covered elsewhere, but I couldn't find the answer on these forums through searching.

First of all, what would the host address be (or where can I find out). Would the username/password be the same as your dathorn account?

user/password same as the Dathorn Control Panel.

FTP addie is: backup01.gzo.com
Don't know if its one for all or what, but thats what Dathorn told me

well, that didn't work. I must be on a different backup server. I guess I'll just have to post a trouble ticket.
