webmail access

Hi all,

I set up a new domain recently and created a few new email accounts using the domain control panel. For some reason, when I try to acces webmail using www.mydomain.co.uk/webmail , I cant log in to the webmail at all. I am on cpanel25.

any ideas? my old accounts work fine, just this new domain is being a little fiddly.

Yep, try http://cpanel.gzo.com:2095/username and see if it works.

sorted -

the problem was, that I set up the account for mydomain.com by mistake when it should have been mydomain.co.uk. So I changed the domain map from the modify an account option.

I submitted a ticket and Andrew said that making this kind of change can really mess up the account, so basically, I had to delete that one and create a new one with the correct domain map.
