Sorry to be a pain and post this here but I have emailed every address on the website and have not recieved any response.
I signed up for a basic account on Saturday evening (using the email address franklin@the-murdocks.com). I recieved an email from billing that said:
"This is just a message to notify you that your Dathorn UberSmith account is currently at a $0.00 balance. We appreciate your business and timely payments"
But no email with account information ever followed. I had a friend who signed up and said that he had his account set up within an hour. Not sure if I am supposed to be waiting longer or what.
I know that my email address has been having some problems (hence the need for a new host) ... so if you could write back to me at franklin.morris@gmail.com that would be great. I am leaving out of town tommorow and will be on the road until november. Any help on this would be appreciated.
