    Contact Phone Number???

I have seen the contact info on your website... however, I would like to know if there is a phone number (preferably toll-free) that we can use to contact you?

Reason: I am 100% okay with using emails and forums to communicate, but I have customers that need that old-skewl reasurance of an 800 #.

    thank you,
    new (and VERY happy) customer

I do not think Dathorn has this.. I'd be extremely surprised
if Andrew or someone else answered otherwise.

I'll let Andrew or one of the Dathornian Gurus handle this one.

No number for Dathorn. Besides, if they're your customers, shouldn't you have the toll free number?

But when the servers are down, and no one is responding to tickets... a phone number is sometimes needed. I wish they at least had a "emergency only" phone number

LOL LOL I have been here for over two years, tonight I was reviewing trouble tickets that I have submitted in the past and ALL the tickets on AVERAGE were answered in less than 30 minutes.... remember ALWAYS answered...

The trouble is with an 800 number most dealers will give it to the end user to shut/resolve an issue... to keep their customer happy.... that is when telephone support usually goes to crap....

You need not worry about Dathorn, they will reply to all trouble tickets...
          Cheers,

Would you rather wait on hold for 30 minutes and probably pay higher prices for your service or submit a ticket, work on something else and have your problem(s) solved in minutes? I don't understand people's fascination with telephone support. I personally despise dialing phone numbers and then continuously pushing numbers to jump around badly designed phone menus.

              Dathorn isn't so bad.

I have a host who's site is on the same server as my client's, so when the server goes down so does email, TT, forum and even their web site. I have only considered calling them once in the last two years. Did I mention the host is in Europe too. Oh ... no toll free number either. ... not that they publish a phone number.

Yeah ... there are many reasons I love Dathorn but mainly it's because I know how much worse it could be!!!
