One of my customers appears to have had their account hacked on the server, the message that appears is

Defaced by Srat

Their URL is http://www.livingeachday.com/
Ever heard or seen this before? It is not the home page she had up there for sure.

Better disable the account then!

You'll find a .html file was uploaded, which means if you remove that the .htm file that your customer has will show once more.

Might want to give them some info about online security too. Passwords, spyware, viruses, etc.

Hmm... When I had a PHPNuke running, it was hacked once by
one 'iSKORPiTON'. Seemed to make a point of the 'i' in it.

Anyways, like sdjl said ~ give 'em a nice refresher course on how to
proect themselves and their content online.

Teaching 'em active, professional-grade methods of protecting their
website won't do nothing if their side is possibly compromised, so do
not hesitate to suggest their computer(s) are compromised and give
them a refresher course on basic computer protection.
