Backup and Restore to different account?

I have a site which I had previously hosted on someone else's Dathorn account until I finished up creating my own.

Now I'd like to move that site to my account... is there an easy way to do this with the Backup feature, or is that only for restores to the same account?

If not, can someone recommend a way? I'd prefer not to use ftp (Because that port's blocked from where I am right now) but if that's the only way, I'll wait.

(EDITED: Hm... I guess the use of 'account' and 'site' could be confusing, but I hope not... what I mean is that I have a website set up as an account on someone else's dis####, and I've created an account on my dis#### to move it into...)

I believe Dathorn will transfer any site from a previous cPanel host
to your account, around 50¢/account if I remember right.
