whats wrong with this server? anyone knows?

support told me its being rebooted an hour ago, but nothing has happened yet.

This was caused by an issue with the firewall loading incorrectly which I apologize for.

this server is down again, and its been an hour.

support dosnt replied to the ticket yet.

support just replied: We are looking into this now. The server should be back online in just a few moments.

This second problem this morning was caused by another customer overloading and crashing the server, at which point we then had to run a file systems check to get the server to boot. I apologize for this, that particular account is no longer active.
