DUH - skeleton directory

OK, this is one of my duh moments I've had lately.

How do I access the skeleton directory? How do I connect to it so that I can put a default html file into it?

I *think* you FTP to ftp.cpanel**.gzo.com with your WHM user/pass.

You don't even need to use the ftp. part
Just cpanel**.gzo.com works with your username and pass.

You could always use the IP address you were given (if you were given one) when you signed up, that should work.
