    Account Suspended - No Response to my Emails

    Hello,

    I own a WHM reseller account under the domain name tuskenraider.net on cpanel13, and this Saturday my account was suspended.

    I believe it was because I didn't update the expiration date in my account information for the new card I received. I sent the relevant new expiration info along with other pertinant information to both customer-service@dathorn.com and support@dathorn.com but as of now (almost 2 days later) still have not gotten any response. I can understand that maybe your billing person only works on business days, but an acknowledgement that you have received my mails would be nice.

    If this is not the case, please let me know what the reason for my account suspension was. I've successfully transferred to Ubersmith months ago (even though I don't even remember my information anymore ), so that can't be the reason. If you never got an email from me, I'll resend it via a different email address.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    P.S. What steps would I need to take to get my CCP username/password back? I can supply all necessary info, such as CC#, DIS-XXXX number, etc. I don't remember what email I registered with, though.

    Hello, I would try to send a email directly to Andrew via these forums
    and explain what happened to him. Could get a response loads faster.

      All e-mails that we've received have been responded to. But when you are sending please be sure that the subject is meaningful and that it is not blank.
