I believe the 15 server is down,

I don't have access to my password so i couldn't request a ticket. I haven't gotten a response yet. Anyone know if it is down and what timeframe we are looking at?

This should no longer be a problem. But as has been said many times, these forums are not a means of support from us.

It didn't go down... but there was definately a lot of packet loss.

The packet loss was being cause by our firewall, which has since been corrected.

I couldn't submit a ticket cuz I can't locate my PW paperwork.
