    quota problem

[I know i should raise a ticket, but I don't have my details with me]

One of my sites if over quota. The quota is 600mb, and I'm at 900mb. However, "du -sk" says I am using 365mb, $MAIL is 4mb and sql is 2mb.

Is there somewhere else the extra data is hiding, or is there a problem with CPANEL24?

Note: if I remove files, the cpanel reported size drops proportionately, but I would have to remove my entire site to get down below the quota.

I find the Disk Usage option in cPanel very useful for troubleshooting this. It tells you what files/folders are taking up the most space

I use the "x" skin by the way.

Yes, diskusage works best. Sometimes things aren't in the public_html directory (thats what got me)

        Thanks Guys.

As far as I can tell, the Cpanel disk usage feature just runs "du". Either way, my problem was indeed a cpanel bug. When I got to my home computer, I raised a ticket and Andrew ran a script to recalculate quotas. Cpanel now is saying 360mb.

        Thanks Andrew!
