changes to account not taken place

Hi,

Due to the maximum amount of bandwith being reached on an account, I needed to increase the maximum bandwith. Problem is, this was done approximately 10 minutes ago, but the website is still unaccessible, due to the maximum bandwith being reached.

Can anyone advise on how long this change take?

I can take quite a while. If you want it done immediately you need to open a support ticket.

I believe bandwidth is reset each night @ Midnight unless a trouble ticket is put in
