Server Load/Disk tmpmnt (/tmp)

My site is down(I think.. or my internet is slow). I looked at server stats and It came back with these two things red:
Server Load 10.98 (4 cpus)
Disk tmpmnt (/tmp) 100 %

What do they mean?

This was already corrected but you do need to submit a trouble ticket for support in the future.
