proper method of getting back login info

Ok, it's stupid, but I managed to do it. I can't find my original email with my Dathorn ID name. I never did memorize the thing and while I can get into all of my domains I now need to go in and add a new one. I emailed support last week & again today. Any idea what the approved method of getting that initial info back is?
