    Do You EVER Answer Your Tech Support Emails?

    Dathorn,

    I've emailed you twice (once last week and once this week) asking you to resend my welcome email. In my very detailed email I explained that my hard drive failed last week and I can't login to my hosting acct. because I lost the "welcome" email along with all of my other data, the welcome email obviously contained all of my passwords.

    I've given you a week now to respond to my email and frankly I would expect better customer service than this. I understand staffing problems but a week? Come on.. Please PM me so that we can remedy this.

    We respond to ALL e-mails received. Likely your replies got lost somewhere or filtered out by your ISP. Please PM me with the relevant information.
