I've emailed you twice (once last week and once this week) asking you to resend my welcome email. In my very detailed email I explained that my hard drive failed last week and I can't login to my hosting acct. because I lost the "welcome" email along with all of my other data, the welcome email obviously contained all of my passwords.
I've given you a week now to respond to my email and frankly I would expect better customer service than this. I understand staffing problems but a week? Come on..
