C32b sites not responding (only from some PCs)

    Hi

I have several sites up on cpanel32b.

They all seem to work fine but I have had prospective customers advise me that they cannot access any of the sites. Now I have a customer who cannot access his site (angelcare.net.au) from his Windows machine but I can see it fine (and from several other PCs). I have also found an internet cafe that also will not access the site (explorer cannot resolve the URL).

I run a Mac and am totally Windows illiterate, and therfore at a loss on how to figure this out. If anybody could check the above URL, and if they have a problem accessing it perhaps do a tracert or something I would love to know what the problem is. Thanks.

Firewall maybe filtering out your clients. Try submit a trouble ticket with the IP's of your client's computers. This might help: www.whatismyip.com

URL is fine on my end.

Edit: Looking the DNS Report I don't see anything that looks out of the ordinary. The "No Glue" thing is probably because it's a .au TLD and DNS are .com but you might ask Andrew about it.

I can access the site via Charter STL (cable) connection, as well as via a Savvis line (Savvis STL (work T1)).

Definately submit a trouble ticket to see if some ips may be blocked.

As for internet cafe's, those ip's could easily be blocked. I've had to block a range of IP's from a cafe on another site I run (outside of Dathorn) due to an attacking nature of them.
Hosting at Dathorn since March 2003!

My Interwebs speed on Charter Cable!
