How do I print a monthoy invoice?

I need to submit an printed invoice to my accounting department every month, and I am unable to find a printable invoice (or any invoice at all) when I login to the dathorn website.

On top of that, I'm having trouble logging in to the Ubersmith website. Another employee here (now gone) set up the original account and I can't figure out what the login or "Client ID" would be.

Any ideas?
