crap - can't access my ticket area

I cant access dathorn's site half the time now (charter in the STL area)
or the sites. I sent in an email concerning my password for my accounts. I need to get them. If andrew or a support person could email me the info on the email account I used to sign up with Id be quite happy. Then I could use the support system. =P


I sent an email to support@ over 60 min ago...I know email is slower...so I thought Id post here while waiting.

If you sent an e-mail and it actually got here, it was replied to as there have not been any new for a while. You need to submit the customer control panel verification form to be able to access the customer control panel. This is explained in our announcements forum.

I've already done that. I set it up with the same pass I used for it before.
