ability to upload and play songs within site?

many of my visitors are recreational musicians and have expressed interest in the ability to upload their own personal music (all of which is uncopyrighted), so that others may listen to it. i would like to know if there is any script that would allow users to upload music to a directory and then have a script that would generate a list so users can select from that list and listen to the song internaly, ie. not needing to download to machine, but play in browser.
