WP installing as root

Hi,

is there any way to install WP as the domain root folder ?

Currently I can install it so that the index page is in www.mydomain.com/wp/ but can I do it to be www.mydomain.com/ ?

Move the files

Hello Stelex. I'll bet you have it figured out by now. But if you haven't, move the directories and files in the wp directory up one level to you public html directory. If your ftp client has a "move" command you can move them all that way. If not you can download them all to your computer then upload them to the proper place.
Then, if you want your Wordpress installation to come up as your main page, delete your "index.html".
