Backup system

This doesn't really warrant a trouble ticket, as it's not a problem.

I'm just wondering when the rest of the servers are likely to be upgraded to the new backup system?
I'd like to be able to utilize the backup system, but i can't as the server i'm on hasn't been upgraded

I would think that would require a trouble ticket as the only one who could answer is Dathorn.

What server are you on? Still a trouble ticket would probably be more enlightening.

cpanel10 is next in line. It was actually going to be done last week but we had to use the cpanel10 replacement to repair cpanel21 instead. Therefore this has been delayed a bit. cpanel20 will then follow and we'll just go down the list to fill in the gaps where the other servers are. Right now there are only 5 servers that aren't upgraded yet.

I am on one of the ones that hasn't been done yet, but as long as it's in the pipe line sometime soon, i'm happy!
