What's the path to the raw logs?

You can only access them via cPanel.

Is there some kind of symbolic link we can set up so we can use Google Sitemaps?

There is a raw log manager in cPanel where you can select it to archive logs into the account's home directory. You do not have direct access to the current logs other than via cPanel.
