    How to Block IP range?

I looked around but didn't find a way to block an IP range.

    InterCage Inc.: 69.50.160.0/19 (69.50.160.0 - 69.50.191.255)
    Inhoster: 85.255.112.0/20 (85.255.112.0 - 85.255.127.255)

    Any suggestions? Thanks.

You do not have access to block IPs entirely. All you can do is block them from viewing your website through a .htaccess file, this can also be done via cPanel.

Or if you like getting your hands messy, here's how to block a range in code form:
      Code:
      # Full IP address
      deny from 123.456.7.8
      # Partial IP address
      deny from 123.456

OK. Probably you've seen the unofficial patch for windows guys recommend blocking the range noted above with reluctance but emphatically. I suppose Andrew would not do this for my server?

Oh, yeah, it figures: one of those "bad" IP places is part of the Ripe Network in the Netherlands...I've reported Abuse to them many times after finding their users "fishing" in the log files. They always say: "sorry, we cannot block the user". I'm gonna block the whole freaking range, not just the subset recommended.

                Yeah, it's .htacces.
Unfortunately they still get to your server. They get sent to a 403 error i think, which means they still use some bandwidth, but they just cant go anywhere apart from there
